Neil McAllister
President / Founder

After serving 32 years as a Level 1 Reserve Police Officer, Neil’s retirement as a Captain from the Orange County Sheriffs Department prompted the question: “So now Lord….what do you want me to do next?” The clear answer came to produce a special prayer breakfast for police officers, firefighters and other emergency workers to bring them together in a spiritual way, to glorify Jesus Christ. Through his avid interests and concerns in law enforcement, firefighting, business, fitness and nutrition, Neil consistently looks for ways to share his love for Jesus Christ.

Jeanie L. Graubner
Treasurer

Jeanie is the Vice President of Accounting at the Evangelical Christian Credit Union in Brea, California.  She is a certified public accountant and a founding member of Palm Harvest Church in Costa Mesa, California.  In addition to her service with POFF, Jeanie enjoys volunteering with the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation and the City of Costa Mesa’s Neighbors for Neighbors program.   

Chief Jim Cox
Board Member

Jim comes to the POFF Board with over 36 years of experience in the Fire Service. During his 24 year tenure with the Anaheim Fire Department, he served as a Firefighter, Captain, Battalion Chief, Chief of the Training Division, and Manager of the North Net Fire Training Center.

Recruited from Anaheim Fire to become Assistant Chief for the California State Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES), Jim was responsible for Fire and Rescue, and Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) for Region 1, which includes the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo.

In his position with OES, Chief Cox worked local, state, national and international disasters, and gave valuable support to anti-terrorism efforts at the local, state and national levels. During the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia, and again at the 1996 Republican National Convention in San Diego, Chief Cox acted as the Agency representative for OES.

Lynn Jenks

Born & raised in Hawaii, Lynn arrived in Orange County by a “leap of faith” with her 2 daughters in August 1998.  The Lord and my Aloha Spirit roots are the heart of my compassion and integrity to serve my clients, our first responders, and our wonderful troops.  In addition to serving with POFF, she is active in her church and serves on staff as a volunteer Director of Hospitality.
